EXCHANGE POLICY

- SPAIN

If you wish you can change your order within a maximum of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the receipt of your order.

You can make a change of size, model or color for each order placed completely free of charge in the peninsula. To do so, follow the instructions below:

  1. Send an email with your order number to contact@7rooms.es indicating that you want to make a change in your order.
  2. We will come to your shipping address to take your new order and take the one you are returning to us.
  3. That's it. No commissions, totally free for the peninsula. For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla we will inform you of the costs.

We do not accept exchanges of garments made to order or with alterations.
7.ROOMS reserves the right not to accept more than one free exchange for each order placed by the customer.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer is obliged to return the product in perfect condition, with the original packaging and labeling and intact, properly packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received by the Customer.

- INTERNATIONAL

If you wish you can change your order within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of your order.

To make a change of size, model or color you must return the order/item you want to change and make a new purchase of the product you want to receive. To do this, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Send an email with your order number to contact@7rooms.es indicating that you want to make a change in your order.
  2. Send us the items you wish to return with the carrier of your choice to the address we will provide you with by email.
  3. Buy the product you wish to exchange your order for through our website.

We do not accept exchanges and returns of custom made or altered items.
Please remember to write Att: RETURN AND REPAIR on the outside of the package to ensure a quick journey through any customs office it may pass through. Failure to indicate this information may result in a delay in the return - and in the worst case the customs office will send the package back to your address.

RETURNS POLICY

7.ROOMS has a simple return policy, so you can buy without worrying. We accept all returns within 30 days from the day you receive your order. Sale items have a 14 day return policy, counting from the day you receive your order.

Returned items must be in their original condition, including tags and must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered in any way.

Return costs are free if you are buying from Spain. Return costs are not covered by 7.ROOMS for returns from the rest of the world.

We recommend that you return your order using a tracking code. If orders are lost in transit without a tracking code, 7.ROOMS is not responsible for the refund.

Returns from Spain and the rest of Europe.

To make returns from Europe, please follow these steps:

  1. Put the items you want to return in the same box in which they have been sent or in any other solid cardboard box. Close the box securely, using sufficient tape.
  2. Send us an email to contact@7rooms.es and indicating the items to be returned and we will get back to you with the next steps.
  3. Print your return label and attach it to your package.
  4. Take it to the shipping office of your choice or wait for it to be picked up.

Please note: return shipping costs outside of Spain are not covered by 7.ROOMS.

International Returns

For international returns, please follow these steps:

  1. Put the items you wish to return in the same box in which they were sent or in any other solid cardboard box.
  2. Send us an email to contact@7rooms.es and indicating the items to be returned and we will reply with the next steps.
  3. Include the return form in your order and close the box securely, using the necessary tape.
  4. Take your order to your local post office and send it to the address provided by email.

Please note: return shipping costs are not covered by 7.ROOMS.

REFUND POLICY

Once the product(s) have been received, 7.ROOMS will check that they are in good condition and, if an exchange has been requested, will proceed to send the required size or, if a refund has been requested, will proceed to refund the amount in the same method of payment used for the purchase.

Once the condition of the returned products has been verified, the customer will be informed by e-mail. The refund shall be made within fourteen (14) calendar days of 7.ROOMS being informed of the decision to cancel. However, 7.ROOMS may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the customer has provided proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.

In any case, the customer shall not incur any financial costs as a result of the refund.
